A primary purpose of the Sailing Center is teaching the joy and skill of sailing to all ages. We have classes, clinics and learning opportunities for everyone, beginners to advanced. All instructors are certified and highly experienced.

Summer Day Camp – Weekly sessions run Monday-Friday from June into August for youth ages five to 17 CLICK HERE for a detailed description and sign-up information.
Youth Sailing Team – The Center supports youth in training and preparation for competing in nearby regattas.
Women’s Sailing Classes – (Free; open to members and the public) Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., female participants at any level (beginner through advanced) enjoy a lesson and on-the-water time together. See our Calendar for class dates.
Open Sailing Classes – (Free; open to members and the public) Sundays at 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Everyone is welcome! Join us for a group lesson and on-the-water sailing instruction. See our Calendar for class dates.
Member-to-Member Learning – One of the best ways to improve your sailing ability is to go out with another member aboard our Center boats. This is the main point of community sailing – to share knowledge and the love of being on the water, while continually sharpening your skills.
The Sailing Center offers private and group sailing lessons for an hourly fee. Schedule is based on instructor availability. Contact our instructors to inquire about private lessons, programdirector@kwcsc.org
Summer Sailing Camp runs from June into August, with one-week sessions available 9 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday for youth ages five to 17.
